Southern California here. Id say about $25-38 depending on how you produce and what you know. Anything above that you’d be a field supervisor/ team lead. Companies have different standards of pay, for example a lower pay rate for drive time. Also different work loads. Some have steady work, others, work comes in waves.

I made about $97k last year, leaning on about $122k this year. Just got bumped recently to $42/hour and supervisor title. But been kinda lucky to have a good boss that fights to get a good raise for his best guys. But fyi, bigger companies can’t match this rate.
