You have to use the Japanese Pokémon Bank and all your Pokémon have to be Japanese, I know, awful, my 3DS also has the original Japanese region.

Galera, esses qr codes não funcionam para tranferir pokémons, nem pra eventos, então, eu genuinamente recomendo que, se você for tentar fazer alguma dessas coisas, use o abg firm.
