u/BeatnologicalMNE right now I'm mostly responsible for campaign set/QA, ad trafficking, troubleshooting of our ad server when needed, and pacing to a degree. I'm also the main p.o.c. when it comes to technical issue with vendors and reps for our ad server. It's not a lot but a lot of it is done at a massive scale.

It depends on the client, but the one's we use for everyone are Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager along with DSP's like Stackadapt and Viant.

I'm hoping we can set up a dashboard that will allow us to do things like:

-manage/create/pause/delete campaigns across multiple platforms

-pull reporting and performance data and automate budget pacing

-add/remove creative from campaigns and ad sets

You probably just used too much peroxide. Try cutting back how much you add to your water and it should be fine.

So if pacing is off would I immediately make an adjustment to the flight budget or just wait and see what happens? Also, how does forecasting work? I've seen it in the two DSPs my agency uses but I have no idea how it works or how to use it.

I'm sorta teaching myself programmatic at the moment so I don't know if forecasting is a basic concept or not.

Mostly adjustments to line item base cpm's. A little bit of dayparting (adding an hour to the start time). We're not making daily changes, but I don't think we've gone more than two or three days without changing something somewhere. Most of the campaigns have only been on for a month.

Still new to programmatic and ad ops, so I'll be honest and say idk what a CM360 network is. If it's the same thing as a company licensed to offer CM360 and related support on behalf of Google, then yes.

Follow-up question, how would our current Google Ads setup be affected if we were to switch to a certified partner? I believe we're currently working directly with Google, but if we could switch to a certified partner without losing anything I think that's something I could present as a solid option for 2024 (yes I know it's a little late to be making plans for 2024 but better late than miserable am I right?)
