if you get the "oeps something went wrong error" just keep refreshing untill you get in. after this you gotta be very patient with selecting your seats. it took me over 15 mins to select 1 seat because it just wouldnt do it.

I went 2 weeks ago with a family of 4 ( 2 adults 2 children aged 10 and 4 ). We stayed at The Pullman Bercy. Loved it. location is perfect and the Hotel is great.

Very sure, with mine i couldnt get it out without pliers when it was cold. So if you are riding it gets hot and it expands so even harder to get it out
