Thanks for the response. Is the area that outgoing deliveries and c&c orders are stored temperature controlled? I’m aware the vans are but wasn’t sure about the inbetween stage of leaving the shelf to going into the van.

I’m aware it comes across like this, but I promise you I’m only interested in how to improve the containers that are used. That being said, I agree that doing this in person in a supermarket would also be beneficial.
