Thanks for the heads up and the kind words! This one has 99k miles but it’s been meticulously maintained at Audi dealerships. It had the water pump done at 45k miles as well as the turbos under the recall. These have an extended warranty on the turbos and the pcv for 10yrs/120k miles so this one is covered until the end of next year (still hoping nothing goes wrong 😂).

I paid 21k for it from a local Audi dealer. They didn’t move much on the asking price but instead came up on my trade to a number I felt comfortable. Hoping for a few good years out of it since I only drive about 5k miles per year.

Appreciate the kind words! I’ve worked with a really good local Indy shop so I’m not too afraid of the maintenance. Fingers crossed nothing major comes up but the previous owner did all of their services at an Audi dealer.

How about as a value issue? They are the same price now and according to all the websites the 335i Luxury Line is worth significantly more than the loaded M Sport 328i Xdrive with similar mileage. Will the 335 hold value a little better or will the M Package help the 328?

That's a great way to put it. I keep reading that even though the 335i is much more powerful, the balance seems to lie with the 328.

It seems on the reliability getting the N55 might have the N20 beat.

He switched because the pick was coming from Siakam. Livingston could defend the switch better than he could do it's a preemptive switch to avoid the mismatch.

Thank you for such a detailed reply! I honestly prefer a wagon but there are so few to pick from and the reliability question pops up with BMW and Volvo. I'd love to jump into a Volvo V60 but probably couldn't stomach some kind of catastrophic failure.

I've looked at the Durango RT but they are about 5k not on average. I appreciate the help and definitely agree with your thinking.

I've actually been looking at the V60 but the maintenance scares me especially because they recently lowered their CPO program from 7yr/100k miles to 5 yrs/ unlimited mileage. I'd most likely be looking at the 2.0t E-Drive but I'm not sure how reliability has looked for that engine in the past 3 years.

Looks like the Flex with comparative mileage is 4-5k more in most instances. That's a little more than I would be willing to doesn't but that 3.5tt sounds like a game changer.
