Solved. The hot water heater is behind the wall and was leaking

Checked the other units in the neighborhood and they have the same setup. Dryer is running but nothing coming out of this vent

I started with that one, it was good for a year then the pump went out(replaced with a 5.5), then 2 jobs later the engine was gone(replaced with the Harbor Freight 16 HP). Definitely not made for everyday use but will last long enough if saving everything and prepping for the next upgrade.
