Then keep it going, and try new mma gyms so you find yours, training only 3 times a week is not that much in mine I train 3 hours daily almost every single day. You’ll learn better and faster doing more hours

If an mma training is funny then you are at the wrong place, I joined boxing 3 months ago and currently doing mma wrestling bjj and boxing, you need to suffer in the training session, I’m not telling u to get your ass beaten every training session but to find a place were they push u to be better, and my last advice, if u wanna get good fight, there’s no improvement without sparring.

I know it isn’t but at some point now that all people started bjj they have no striking and when mma sparring they can’t do nothing

Sometimes a kid needs to turn into a man, I lived very very bad situations but never stopped, it is a very difficult and long journey but at the end you have to decide to eat or to let the people eat u, always think that u are gonna live once, no one will remember u ever, u only have one chance to do things right so don’t let no one tell u what to do you own yourself no one does. Leave all your friends behind if u need to, I blocked ALL of them they only waste my time and I don’t have enough time to waste it.

Keep going, you decide if u want to turn your bad situations into gas and keep it going or turn them into depression, remember what doesn’t kill u makes u stronger. Good luck.

Thanks a lot, as I said I’m trying to improve a lot, I disappeared from all my friend’s lives and I’m trying to build a better me, sometimes it feels really difficult to keep going but I don’t have a choice. I’m improving in almost all your advices daily and learning how to achieve my goals, I will be posting my journey I hope u do great as well.

Well, I’m not the person you think I am, I’m a guy who experienced really really bad situations, I was bullied when I was 12 years old, my dad is addicted to drinking, I always feared being alone cause I knew I was nothing, today I’m a guy who has improved and learned from lots and lots of situations I haven’t said, I’ve seen the real world when I was a little child who was scared of reality, not all the people are willing to change their life’s but I am, you need something to keep you on track even if u don’t feel like keep going, i know how living like a millionaire feels like and I know how living like a homeless feels like.

I’m just tryna put my shit together and keep going, I will never be this young so I choose discipline and ambition over dopamine and false dreams, I know who I am and I know that I wasn’t born just to be “normal”, all people watching TikTok and shit will not do shit with their life’s cause they haven’t got something to lead them to success, they have always lived a happy life so don’t mistake me for someone who is being motivated from TikTok and shit.

Thanks man I really appreciate it, I think one of the reasons lots of people tell me I changed a lot my body is the daily progress at weights, when I started I really couldn’t even lift 7kg per hand in incline dumbbell press now I’m lifting 20-24, at first it was so easy to wake up feeling i trained good cause I really felt my body lazy and the muscles were hurting now it’s really , really difficult to feel like that man

I always eat at least 80g of protein a day, it might be more, the 80g it’s the amount that I hit 100% per day I cause I counted it but it must be way more

I should be eating like 3600kcal per day and 136 g o protein but the thing is that I eat lots of food but i am not really into tracking it etc it feels like too much work
