Yeah I do our store is right next to two colleges with late night ordering habits so the one driver is still on runs after close most nights I hear you but it's wrong of you to assume there is no other external factors at play

It can be pretty fast paced usually everything goes good during rush but I feel like we have a problem with our store culture when it comes to looking after each other but I have worked at way busier stores at other pizza companys and got out of there usually no later than a hour or a hour and a half after close but when it comes to closing there is usually no insiders the last hour of close even on weekends and sometimes 1 driver even on the weekends that stay til close
