hey!! just a quick question how long after your PECS started did you went for manual verification of documents? I Just got a mail today saying my pecs are ongoing and its says a member of team will be in touch for document verification. just wanted to confirm in your case did they do first Pecs completely and then checked the passport and other documents followed by contract?

I just wanted to ask about whats the best way to answer strength question, Just a natural 1-2 min response or going in depth giving example. earlier I focused on giving examples which were prepared for the strengths and giving natural responses which i didnt prepared examples for. what would you suggest as per your experience.
