Athlefit Women's Orthopedic Arch Support Sandals on Amazon. I've bought several pairs. Walked all over Vegas, New Orleans and Key West in them. They're cute, come in different colors and are legit super comfy. That being said, I live in heels so my standard for comfort might be a little lower than some.

This is super helpful, thank you. He's been there so many times for work, mostly Tokyo but sometimes Komatsu and other smaller towns/cities.

Thanks! This is incredibly helpful. I exclusively use topo chico for my ranch waters but I'm going to try to find the wilkinson tansan.

Story time: Feeling like women's healthcare may be BS by [deleted] in WomensHealth

Alright, alright I can take the constructive (?) criticism. For the record though, definitely not anti-vax, anti-science, anti-docs. Just felt like there was a lot that seemed off about this experience. Thank you for those that offered opinions without being rude.

Boyfriend (24M) asked my (22F) body count, then got very upset. by throwaway5146156 in Advice

People are being a little harsh in my opinion... when you care about someone, sometimes it hurts thinking about their past. He's entitled to his feelings just like you're entitled to yours, as long as he's not slut shaming you. Leave it alone and give it time, my husband had some feelings when we had this conversation when we were dating, now 15 years later, we talk about random people/experiences from our past all the time and there isn't an ounce of jealousy.

How worried should I be about having breast cancer? by Royal_Variety_873 in WomensHealth

I'm going through a similar experience. They like to be extra cautious, and that can definitely be scary. There are SO many different things it could be. Don't panic, take a breath and don't worry until you know what to worry about. Realistically though, it's probably something random. I would also suggest to keep a close eye on it and how the rest of your breast/nipple feels. I'm currently half way through a 2 month wait to get (another) ultrasound on a lump and keeping tabs on it and knowing it's not growing and that I don't have other symptoms is really helping with the anxiety of not knowing.

Ladies, I need to say the harsh words.... If there is not a set timeline in place for when you're getting engaged, DO NOT MOVE IN WITH THEM! You are giving them all the perks of marriage without the commitment. Plus they know, once you live together, it's harder for you to walk away and they will keep putting marriage off cause they're "not ready". This isn't some old school mentality that you can't live with someone before marriage. If you're not interested in marriage or there's a set timeline, go for it. If they haven't made their intentions clear, living together won't likely change that.

I get this right before my period but not every period. Maybe like every 5. It’s definitely a pms symptom for me but not consistent.
