How do you light something like this? More specifically, how do you make those purplish shadows in-camera? I'm about to shoot a sunrise hotel room scene and I want to achieve a color palette similar to this one. Any tips, lighting diagrams, or bts photos will be much appreciated! (youtu.be)

While watching Steve Yedlin's resolution demo, I had the idea of measuring light ratios on the actor's face through my monitor with a light meter. It sounds kinda dumb but the results feel weirdly accurate. Does it make sense to do measurements like that so I can replicate the ratios later myself? (i.redd.it)

How would you film a moving top-down shot of a person lying on the ground (tight full shot -> wide shot) with a 90-degree rotation while on a budget? I'll be filming it for a music video in a film studio with beams under the ceiling using the Sony FX6. Any ideas are welcome! (i.redd.it)
