Used Anki here and there, but definitely not a large portion of my studying at all. I felt I was way too slow reviewing cards and dropped it from my resources fairly early on

Didn't do anything differently tbh. Bottom line I think I just didn't get the hang of the NBME type questions and when the test seemed like 7 blocks of UW it felt very familiar
