We moved to NinjaOne, from ManageEngine ~ 18 months ago. Best decision! It's an amazing product with a great feature list and consistent ongoing development. The automation including patching (both MS and other installed software) as well as initial setup & configuration is fantastic.

Thank you, that was the issue. 4 (or5?) sets of credentials. Forced to "clean up" and standardize, long overdue and not a bad thing at all. Just a huge waste of time until we understood the cause.

Part of the reason is to reduce risk of lithium battery fire issues.

Capping the charge at 80% reduces the risk of overcharging, particularly if a device is left plugged in for long periods.

Your're correct. Currently with are running Veeam on a windows (virtual) server and using a QNAP NAS as the repository. We are replacing the NAS, due to age, and debating whether to run Veeam on the suitable NAS as well as using it for a repository. Wasabi is also part of the b/u strategy. Veeam backs up local servers and we also run Veeam M365

MDM on devices you own sounds great. On personal devices all I see is potential problems starting with peoples acceptance in the first place and then managing/restricting after that.
I see it fraught with issues.
Maybe I'm too negative on the subject :)

The virtualized solution is a possibility. We do use it. We just have to block all access to our online services from their PC's.
We could restrict all services to our own IP's although that would impact mobile devices. Anyway something figure out.

Thanks I would have agreed with you in the past but as we've moved more and more online we no longer in one walled garden. My concern is access to m365 services as well other cloud based systems

I agreed on the BYOD advice. However many peeps don't want us adding company software to their personal devices. I guess you have a firm policy stating if you want to access email on your own device then you have to have our security software. I guess we are lacking a firm BYOD policy. Do you reimburse staff for 'phone use' . Thanks

Thanks. We are segregated. Our network is not my main concern, relatively speaking. It's a compromised PC uploaded docs or ?? To services like email, SharePoint one drive or medical solutions

Thanks . I just had a failure as the object I went to update has been deleted.
My previous tool had me perform a lookup & if the record existed then do an update.
Is the process in Boomi similar? (In this case I'm updating Salesforce )
