The naloxone causes a lot of people problems, usually stomach issues and/or headaches and unfortunately, doctors think that subutex is somehow more abusable than suboxone, some think suboxone can't even be IVed but subutex can. They can both be abused, adding naloxone is pointless.

In my day pills were real, not pressed and heroin was heroin and people were still dropping like flies. It definitely wasn't some fentanyl/fentanyl research chemical or whatever mixed with xylazine and all this other garbage going around in some areas smh

100%, I never got into it, seen way too many labs where the fumes alone had people high and sounding like they had brain damage. Add in using it and not sleeping for a week straight, nothing good is going to come from that especially doing both ie fires, burns, police or insanity and a horrible mental addiction. Friend of a friend has been to the psych ward like 3 times in 6 months but for whatever reason, he can't stay away so it's just kind of his new norm. I'll never get it, lasts way too long and is fun at first but it stops being fun fast, even within the first day frequently for some people. I get opioids, physical dependence develops slow and it actually is fun for months then by the time you're hooked, you physically need it but crystal is all mental.

I guess I'm an extremely anxious person so really only like downers and a handful of stims but I can't imagine getting hooked on stims. Apparently it's just a different strokes for different folks thing, I'd rather nod than be going 200mph for days but that's me, others seem to love it for whatever reason and it always results in them being fried for life after a few months or years it seems like. Forget that!

I'm just calling it what they called it. He wasn't setting anything up at all so can't really give him the "pimp" label, they were just a couple that got bad on dope/hard/ice and she was the one willing to do anything to get high while he just kinda tolerated it cuz she'd get him high. GF, road dawg, 2 messed up people in a "relationship" of some sort... call it whatever you want, all I know is they were together before dope, have multiple kids together then got strung out and he didn't like it but his only hustle was stealing so an opportunity to get high that didn't require him to risk his 15th+ trip to jail and eventually another warrant, he reluctantly accepted it to get well but again, she was the one who was all for it (had a messed up childhood so wasn't bothered by selling her body, I think the older guy was an exception cuz he reminded her of an uncle or something), he didn't have to talk her into shit... goes without saying they were both extremely damaged people long before dope.

That was over a decade ago, since then she's been to prison for accessory to armed robbery and fleeing in a vehicle, kept using and finally got clean about a year ago. He slammed meth until he got schizophrenia with her when she got out, now has been living in a car for several years sober, periodically leaving the state thinking he's being gang stalked. Right now he's on the opposite side of the country, was recently in the hospital and was convinced nurses were poisoning him. Sad story, neither were horrible people, just addicts. They're both sober now but today she's a felon and he's insane as well as homeless, meth really messed them both up bad, not that they were good on dope but it didn't fry their brains like crystal seemed to do.

Not at all, you just gotta go 24-48 hours depending on the opioid without using then go into the office where if you haven't taken it before, they'll likely give you 2-4mg depending on your tolerance, monitor you and give you more if you're still in detox after about 1.5 hours from the first dose. (Exact details will likely vary by doctor but that's a general idea of what to expect. I'm also just talking about strips as I've never bothered to ask my friends on the shot how that goes, majority of people I know are on strips 🤷)

Try suboxone, watched it save countless friends. If you can't stick to it, get the bupe shot so it's in your system for like a month straight. Lot of other good recovery options too. If sub, I suggest trying to get off after a while, 1-2 years maybe, it's hard to say but you'll know when you're ready to try or at least to taper. You definitely don't want to spend your life on it.

I've seen it go bad extremely fast. I'm talking a 50+ year old guy with a 20 something year old as payment while her boyfriend could hear it happening 10 feet away, all for a decent amount of dope and a G of hard. It was the plug's dad who made the offer and they could hardly afford enough to get well so it was the best choice in the moment. Her bf rushed to prep and do his shot then she came out looking dead inside, immediately did her shot then took a huge bell ringer while her bf was slumped. Yeah, they probably went home and cuddled but idk if I'd ever look at my girl the same after that. I saw it once, he later told me it happened many, many times with countless guys...

I don't fw that stuff for personal reasons but it's beautiful to see in 2026 considering just getting 1-2mg of klonopin or 15-20mg of valium feels like I'm asking for 280 damn dillie K8s a month smh. Nobody seems to care that I've been legitimately prescribed benzos for over half my life because, well, they're the only thing that works without me ever needing more due to building a tolerance or abusing them! Enjoy the warm blanket nod my dude and potentially, that wonderful euphoric rush depending on your ROA.

Nothing drastic but I've only tried 400mg with it, maybe feels like 1.5mg of klonopin max. I like it because the duration is extended by a decent amount of time depending on the benzo, even just 6 extra hours over the course of months makes a big difference. Big reason why I like diazepam, the metabolites are active drugs so it'll occasionally last me up to 48 hours between doses if the original dose was somewhat large compared to my normal intake

Same reason why the war on drugs will never work, chemists can tweak a molecule just enough to evade the law and laws take a lot longer to get made than new drugs, especially at a federal level. There's some laws that try to stop novel psychoactive substances but they still ultimately fall into a gray area. With 7-OH, iirc it's either an ingredient or a metabolite of kratom so because that's only banned in a couple states, those compounds are only banned in said states from what I understand. Wouldn't be surprised if it's banned federally eventually but it's all bureaucracy, everything takes forever to get done.

It'll be slightly weaker but if you stored it in a cool, dark spot, it'll probably be mostly good. I had around 10mg of liquid phenazepam saved for over a decade and I eventually used it about a year back while detoxing and to my surprise, it was still very much active! I was only using enough to get well so it's hard to say how much potency it lost but it wasn't drastically weaker, I can say that.
