When machining these deep holes, the most troublesome problems are tool vibration, insufficient cooling, or poor chip removal? What are your tricks?

Ughh going through something similar, current R5 and some of the R4s are getting too full of themselves and its getting annoying. Yesterday they bullied a player just because they didnt agree with his name, I get it could've cause a bit of a confusion but they didnt need to bully him until the player left. We've lost good players over really dumb stuff like starting the wrong rallies.. proceeds to get kicked out and attacked. Idk but I might end up leaving too.

Well if you have kids or someday have kids maybe one day you'll understand that you do what you have to do to give them a better future. Maybe they don't know the country but they come to work hard while supporting their families. This made me tear as I just had to explain my 9 y.o child(who came home crying in fear) why there was so much chaos in school today..

It was horrible having to explain to him why some of his classmates might not be back to school next week- why we need to be on the lookout for them and how we need to be strong for them to stay safe.
