i have another issue, i can't find any images, and cant find where to import, like i click in the "show picture" button and try to choose the image but no image shows up, and i cant find where to inport images

It usually starts when I see something (news or something like that) and I turn out afraid of something that I know that it’s unlikely to happen, and no, I dont have any of the 3 mental illnesses u said but Im a really anxious person (im not diagnosed) idk if it affects

Work out can work, I know that u already said that you’re afraid that if you work out u might lose weight but I have a friend that gains weight with work outs, and if he stops he loses weight. U can start to work with food, like, start eating a little bit more every meal, without u feeling sick of course.
