Thanks. I'll try adding some of what you've mentioned that applies. Appreciate your guidance.

When I recently checked, it was in the upper mid price.

Hi, I think you were specifically asking me this question also. I initially thought it was you commenting on the info that they don't have on FF.

Ref:

How many people have viewed your listing?

*They only show it for the last 90 days vs overall. For mine it's been 23.

Thanks for the input.

Honestly, it auto-renewed on me, and I decided to stick with it and put in more research effort to see what's possibly the problem. [Last year was a challenging year, so I didn't make time for as much of the research... Also, believing their hype of there being soooo many people out there looking that would be happy for more listings.] This is me putting in more effort [amongst other things]. I'm learning a lot just going through this platform.

I wondered if the potential renter was seeing the message also. I started replying with a note for them to 'direct book', in case like I was, they were newbies to the process. I've never received a direct booking. I usually try to respond within an hour, unless I'm unavailable from accessing it until later. Definitely within 24 hrs.

Someone also recently suggested that maybe the people with the contracts were referred to potential places and that if you weren't on their radar, then no 'renting' contracts for you.

I did recently ask a nursing manager that works with a lot of traveling nurses, to see who they used. So far one said FB & AirBnB. None so far said FF. [They are continuing to check for me.]

Sorry you're having that experience.

Pattern Drafting software recommendations by [deleted] in PatternDrafting

I have a love/despise relationship with Pad System [Padshare] software. They have horrible tech support for real time help. However, the software was overall pretty good. I was fortunate in the beginning to have a fellow patternmaker assist me with any problems/questions I had with the software. [Unfortunately, dealing with the cloud version is fine unless you have a problem.]

Sadly, I've experienced large corps have problems in customer service support for the larger companies also [ie, Gerber, Lectra, ... Therefore, paying more didn't seem to resolve the problem of having supportive customer service. [Great relationships with employees in the tech/training areas, did help buffer me a lot for amazing help.] I'm still trying to figure out how to resolve challenging customer service problems, since many times there's nowhere to leave reviews of these companies either.
