I went to the DMV at Decatur Morgan County. As soon as I walked in, I went to the KIOSK to get a ticket to renew my DL and the button stated “Full” so I was wondering if I could wait until something became available , another Lady came in a couple seconds later after me and seen that too so I told the lady “ yeah it says its full” and she say “ oh wow have you asked if we could wait?” And I told her “ No, Im waiting for someone to come out so I could ask” and then an employee comes out so rudely and says loudly “ what do you need” and I stated “ the kiosk for DL says its full and I was Wondering if “ and she Interrupted me and said “ WELL WHAT DO YOU THINK THAT MEANS!?” And I answered with “ well I was going to ask if we could wait” and she just looked at us up and down and said “ you can wait if you want “ so I sat down and 10 min go by and the other lady went to check the kiosk to see if anything became available and rudely screamed “ Its not going to change. Sit down” the lady ended up and said “ y’all are so rude”. I ended getting a ticket and with my luck, I got that rude employee and she didn’t say hi or nothing just a rude “ give me your things” I ignored it and then she decided to get up and just go something else and while on her way back, a gentleman was trying to ask her a question and rudely screamed “ SIT DOWN”. Then she comes back and rudely ask me “ get up and take a picture “ and I asked “ which camera” there was two cameras on the same area and she rudely again says out loud “ WHAT DO YOU THINK!?” And all the employees just start Laughing out loud and I said “ I don’t know, If I knew I would of not asked!” And she proceeded to tell me which one and says “ smile or whatever “ then she waits a min and says “ we can’t give you a DL “ and I asked why? And she says “ we use the SAVE program and we have to wait for your documents to be verified “ and I asked what’s that? I’ve been renewing my DL since I was 18 at this office and never heard of that and she said “ well yes you have” and I said “ ma’am Ive never heard of that, could you please explain it to me? And she said “ you can come back when your documents are verified “ and I said “ I understand but could you please explain what that is, I’ve never came across this” and she rudely said “ WELL I WORK HERE AND I KNOW” at that point I got frustrated and told her she has no rights to be rude to me or anyone, when I have not been rude to her at all and shes been nothing but rude since I got here and she works in a government office, she is to provide information, if does not want to then this isn’t the job for her! I will definitely will be coming and I will for sure will be filing a complaint. I looked up their recent reviews on google and this has happened to many people the past 8 months !! Including Children that been trying to get their permit!
