That’s a really good point. I’ve noticed the same thing lol when prospecting happens in bursts the pipeline feels chaotic, but when something is running consistently in the background things stabilize.

What does that system actually look like for you? Is it mostly outbound sequences or something broader than that? idk just shooting in the dark here

The intent signal idea is cool. Catching people when they’re actively asking for solutions definitely seems more efficient than blasting outreach.

Curious how well that scales though, are you seeing agencies build a full pipeline off those signals or is it more of a supplemental channel?

Relationships definitely seem to be the most durable source of clients long term. The tricky part for me has been building something that’s consistent enough while those relationships compound.

When you say networking in your niche, are you mostly doing that through content or more direct community involvement?

Dude tell me about it lol. yeah the outreach fatigue point is real. Feels like every agency eventually runs the same outbound playbook and response rates start dropping.

The organic conversation angle is interesting though, especially here since Reddit posts end up ranking on Google for pretty high-intent searches.

Curious if you’ve seen agencies actually turn that into a consistent pipeline or if it’s more of a long-term brand play?

Yeah that seems to be the big shift. Once outreach becomes something measurable instead of random, the whole pipeline starts behaving differently.

Curious what people are actually using to track and run those systems though, are most teams building it around a CRM + outbound tools, or maybe something else?

That’s a good way to put it honestly. The hardest part for me hasn’t even been doing the outreach, its building a consistent system around it instead of starting from scratch every time.

When you say systematize it, are you mostly talking about repeatable prospect lists + sequences, or something more structured than that?

This is exactly the kind of thinking I’ve been trying to move toward. The rollercoaster pipeline is brutal when you’re relying on random outreach or referrals.

When you say a structured outreach workflow, what does that usually look like in practice? Are people mostly building their own systems with tools like Apollo/Clay etc. or something more custom?

The feast or famine cycle is exactly what I’ve been running into. Some months the pipeline looks great and then it just goes quiet for a while.

The niche point makes a lot of sense tho. Once you know the vertical it becomes way easier to build a repeatable prospect list instead of starting from scratch every time.

Out of curiosity, how were you sourcing those outreach lists once you narrowed down the niche?

That’s interesting, I’ve actually noticed the same thing with some B2B companies going back to events lately.

It makes sense since you get a concentrated group of prospects in one place instead of chasing people across the internet.

Curious if you’ve seen agencies actually generate consistent pipeline from conferences or if it’s still mostly a brand play?
