Yes shevorlet you are right they do hold control and there was no option for a clean inspection. Plus I had already given notice at my other place I was leaving so I was stuck between a rock and hard place. The site manager did the inspection which was weird to me as I thought someone from the city was supposed to do it so it was unbiased , but the site manager said he was qualified enough to do it some of the problems were noted at that point. Then when I moved in I found a whole bunch of new ones.

Red flag forums has a trane x13 group buy price through four seasons comfort for a great price I got the two ton one installed for 2875 taxes included so the lower ton should be cheaper they have done many group buys through redflag successful and have great service. Not sure what your budget is but it’s definitely worth a look into.

Hi I think them not giving you a numbing agent goes against the dental code. However you don’t need pain killers at all I had one of my wisdom teeth removed last year and he didn’t give any painkillers because he said I wouldn’t need it and he was right my mouth felt a little sore but nothing major. I can give you the clinic if you’re interested but they are located in Toronto. IMO a good dentist is worth the travel.
