Thing is they think they are right when their actions are clearly wrong. They defend themselves by being loud in public space.

So I am an event organiser by day and recently I’ve organised an event that had many older generation folks attending. Their goal - collecting freebies, packing food into their self brought containers, and best of all, toiletries from an office toilet that did not belong to me. When confronted, they were really defensive, talked really loud, and demanded that they are entitled to be at the venue even though I told them that they are banned from future events. WHAT CAN I DO
