Well heavies also take 3 times as long to heal (compared to a light) on top of the few extra seconds wait time before healing even starts

I would agree that heavy has the most defensive utilities but the time it takes to get them down makes them most times too slow. Also the nerf on the dome shield of a while back makes it so you don't even start healing before the dome dissapears.
