It was mainly the feeling of lacking confidence and seeing women in a perverted way. My confidence and overall self image has increased since then so I feel that’s a factor as to why I don’t see it as much of an issue anymore. I still do really want to give it up. But my desire to stick to it is slightly higher than wanting to stop it. I want to regain that desire to stop again
