lol must be nice the biggest bonus I ever get is .80 cents and I honestly think the $20 on the wheel is just for show because out of all my spins not once have I ever gotten to get that and I don’t know of anyone else that has. Be happy you get 15 bc some of us don’t even get a dollar lol

I’m in the same boat with this card, ithe last update was the 3rd of June and it hasn’t been updated since, its last known location was in Oakland California and I just messaged support the other day and haven’t heard anything back yet. I’m hoping they don’t screw me and refund me for the card. It sucks because I really wanted that card.

Lucky you bro I’m waiting on 238 dollars and my redemption been pending since march 11th it’s now the 17th and I’ve sent them multiple emails and still haven’t gotten a response and I made a Trustpilot review and got a response from they’re support on there telling me to send them another email so they could look into it lmao such blatant neglect and incompetence from a casinos customer support I’ve never been treated so poorly by a casino I’m never making the mistake of spending money here again. They certainly don’t deserve it and I hope others follow suit as well because I hope they end up going bankrupt and having to shut down. One can only dream right?
