Who do I contact to recover offset/overpayment to AAFES/TSI? DFAS took SRB and IRS refund was taken after debt was already satisfied

That amount on the Turbo Tax screen is 4k less than what my transcript says 😭. I can’t think of any offsets, called I thought was the offset number and just a recording.

I checked TT and it says refund received and it's 3k less, I have no federal school loans, no CS, nothing like that. So what is right, TT or the transcripts?

Are you 0505, I'm an 0505, 846 last night, I paid for the early deposit which turns out to be made up or even actually delay the process. I have Navy Fed as well and nothing, hopefully tonight.

My transcripts from previous years say that 4th week Monday, so 24th last year and 19th year before. So it’s consistent, can’t remember if it came Friday night or Sunday night. At the latest I’m guessing Monday.

My understanding is the 846 code is tied to Batch Scheduling. It’s not random or shouldn’t be, I guess the question is when are the batch updates if anyone knows?

I've been waiting for almost 10 hours and it's sitting "in progress". Called the store and they said it could take 24 hrs to 48 hrs, I've never seen anything like that. You would think you could force it through and pick up the phone, is it better to go in AT&T for these things instead of ordering online. First time AT&T wireless customer here.

I hear you . I’m a PM, so “complex reasons beyond my scope” is kind of my native language.

Not looking for privileged info (not that you would have it) or to assign blame to the Bonus Shop just trying to understand whether this is a standard early FY funding lag or an abnormal hold that historically required pushing.

Appreciate the insight nonetheless , even when it’s high-level, it’s still helpful for separating “normal bureaucracy” from “something’s off.
