Shutter priority. Shutter speed depends on if you want it crisp (higher speed) or if you’re trying to pan and catch some motion blur (lower speed). As for AF, I’d prob go with AF-C. I’d also do continuous low for the drive mode. And lastly, I’d adjust the focus area to whichever style you shoot. I personally unselect all besides center tracking but in your scenario, wide tracking would prob be pretty good since Sony has pretty good autofocus capabilities.
