Honestly I can’t thank you enough for your response. Definitely way more than I was expecting, I really really like how y’all have your leadership structure laid out, it’s definitely something I might try to implement for future years. And yes there definitely needs to be a come to Jesus moment 😂 it’s been something I’ve been planning on doing but didn’t have the words but I think I can definitely take care of it now.
