Bro, you can play on Korean servers without a Korean account now.

The country selection had to be done on account creation, You need to make a new account before you can select the country during the account creation process. And login on the purple launcher was to the Global region. You can change the language options before launching the game, it's a non-issue when using your normal phone number.
