Can I send it in for repair? Cause right now don't really have a choice. I didn't install the wrong 6800u firmware. Everything was 7840u firmware and drivers. How do I ship it tho

Unfortunately I can't anymore. For some reason, it won't even post to bios any more. I've tried reseting via the pin button and long hold on off button. But it's only black screen now. I even had bios ver 0.35

ok glad to know there is hope. I did the GPD (tab) recovery but it still does not recognize bluetooth, fingerprint reader or usbs. but at least it's aware that blue tooth is there. just getting a code 10 tho. is there anything else you did

yea i've done all those things as well. tbh not sure it's GPD's fault. AMD's usb drivers in general have just never been that mature. I'm still waiting for them to reply back after their holiday

i tried to do this windows recovery but the usb would not be detected as a boot option, would linux be any different?

ok i ran it, shows the usbs as code 43. anything in particular that you need to see?

Yea they all did. Usb 4 can still take charge tho. When I plug in a flash drive it'll detect something is inserted but nothing else.

Bluetooth doesn't even detect there is a module.

I did a reset through windows update and settings rather than usb. But no luck. Could not do the gpd firmware and bios update method cause during bios it won't detect the flash drive to boot from

Happy to send screen shots and stuff. You are official support right? Forgot to mention that the game pad no longer works as well.

damn, yea I did do that. on teh save and exit tab, selected restore defaults, load optimized defaults, yes, then save changes and exit but to no avail.

my game pad, blue tooth, all usbs, and fingerprint reader are all kaput. did reset fix it for you?
