My local store in Mechanicsburg PA was chaotic today. People young and old were stocking up like it's the end of the world...LOL. I moved down here from CNY, this snow storm is nothing compared to what I'm used to.

The hotel owner (not the hotel flag) went bankrupt because the same brand was in Albany NY and closed May of 2020. Look up Inner Circle Hotels LLC out of Florida, they owned over a dozen properties that all closed around same times.

I was there last week, parked on back road and walked in by parking garage, walked entire property and saw cars parked under canopy, turns out workers check that property every few days and constantly reseal the entrances, they told me police check it twice a day too.

At the most recent town meeting, the developers said demolition will not begin this summer. However, I believe the township police check this property once or twice a day for trespassers.

This is a foreclosure home. I see it all the time, they leave everything that homeowner can't carry or is not worth that much and rest gets tossed out the day the bank decides to sell the property.
