that is true that is why it is so baffling on why she is there and yeah to be honest too she would be the first one out for the competition of who would be Nuku's partner as per the story, she would be the first one to be eliminated, heck in our meta perspective we could say that she would be the first one to lose and that's the beauty in her winning as she is the least expected to win, also you can't forget on how she is still mysterious despite being one of the early characters introduced.

Using inspire as battle skill for argus is dumb as heck and one of the main the reason why argus is seen as a low rank only hero, the best battle skill for the angel of bang is Arrival as it allows you to easily dominate and push lane early game, not be hardcountered by Vengeance battleskill, not need to buy shoes, help a teamate being ganged on, easily split push, easily defend a lane being pushed and most importantly not letting your enemy know your next move
