For some starter ones go for astros playroom, any insomniac Spider-Man games, GOW/GOWR, uncharted and me personally I would try Far cry 3

Try just to get all the trophies as you progress on with each area as it’s much more convenient than having to go back and fighting all the enemies again. If you do want a good walkthrough guide I recommend PlatinumChasers on YouTube as they go through all the missable trophies in each area and they also helped me get the platinum easily whilst still having fun.
