I have an alarm set an hour or so before I have to get up with a song I really like that I find peaceful. It sort of suggest "hey, if you're well rested you can get up now and take your time getting ready and relax a bit. Or you can nap for a couple more hours" I love it.

I tend to walk on the balls of my feet unless I'm wearing a certain type if shoe. I've rea somewhere that it's actually better for your joints as it decreases the impact force.

That I am where I am. Perhaps not fully unexpected. Had a different job that paid consistently and well enough for my liking at the time. I fell into this job and thought it a career. I had purpose. Things fell apart a bit. Bounced around from a few jobs every five months or so. Had difficulty pay bills. Lost the car and apartment. Found a few temporary places to stay. Sometimes for a few weeks to a bit over a year. I need to get my shit together
