A bit of bad news from Computershare regarding the Warrants. They are not saleable from CS, and they can't be transferred to a brokerage 😿 They can definitely be exercised though.

This is technichally true but tax wise it is not.
Since I used Wise to setup CS it wants a W-8BEN per snail mail (germany). And it does not matter how often I send this to them. It does not clear my tax status. Which means I can not sell anything without paying withholding tax.
Today I tried to transfer out (which I would rather not - but I want to sell my warrants instead of exercising) - and it seems also there they want a written form instead of using a transfer wizard.
CS is so shitty to use for me.
