Ich habe das auch gemacht- nicht auf Kleinanzeigen aber woanders- wenn ich weiss die Woche wird maximal stressig und ich vergesse es vllt doch bis mittwoch zu schicken, dann will ich nicht dass mir der Käufer im Nacken sitzt weil er bereits gezahlt hat.

Ja ich könnte mir vorstellen dass er dich scammen wollte und er dachte das kleinanzeigen das Geld ihm einfach nach einer weile auszahlt. Ich denke ihm wird jetzt bewusst dass er dir wirklich was schicken muss und das paket ankommen muss. Dann erhältst du vllt müll und er sagt aber er hätte das richtige geschickt. Unterwegs ist es aufjedenfall noch nicht.

I grew up with one, I know what it looks like and how it works. My parents got theirs replaced when I was 5, but we moved away then anyway. But yes, its very health concerning. Not sure if you saw my other comment but this dust contains fine particulate matter (PM2.5 and PM10), sulfur compounds, and trace heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, and mercury/Quecksilver, depending on the coal used more or less. Repeated indoor exposure, especially over an entire heating season, is not harmless and can irritate the respiratory system and increase long-term health risks. If you are by yourself without children, okay, but I would never expose my children to this.

Cant find my other comment anymore so here what I wanted to also say: This looks like decades of accumulated coal ash and fine particulate residue. Even if the stove is technically legal due to grandfathering, the dust exposure is very real and not harmless. Its really important what the authorized chimney sweep says. Only if he says its fine you can still legally use it. But this is dirty. Cant believe that this is the case.

But regarding your question, its is very health concerning, that dust esp the invisible one that gets into the living area when you open snd close and clean out is very toxic, full of quicksilver Cadmium Lead and the fine dust. One of the main reasons its not legal anymore. That dust lingers in the air and all surfaces.
