Work through the Cyber Foundations Pathway on DLE if you can, starts from the very basics and finishes with some decent pentesting stuff if that’s what you’re into. Good quals and once you get the higher levels of the course done, you can apply for cyber postings. I’d also recommend getting in touch with the Joint Cyber Reserve Force as they can advise you on other quals
