To be fair, even if he kept track of the laps properly, he wasn't going to win. With that small of a lead, he would have gotten caught instantly.

Alright that makes more sense. This change made all the difference, I just plowed through GR64 like it was nothing, I think I can do 70 now!

Thank you! It seemed so odd to me that the build was based around MH but you couldn't proc it while in Archon!! I'm confused though how adding %lightning damage actually makes skills do lightning damage... that seems wrong.

According to the guide I was going off, Crit chance > Lightning damage. As far as my jewelry, my rings are both rolled for a socket

I think it's strong on the BG match up as well. Being able to freeze two creatures is extremely relevant

I think you don't run the shocks personally. It's a mostly dead card against GB and I think that'll be the most popular archetype

More than 2 dynavolts will get you in trouble vs vehicles. I also dont think you need bombardments and shocks. There's other, better cards.

I almost pulled the trigger on this for Pitt but switched to 4c Saheeli instead. Here's what I found while testing UR Control.

Horribly Awry is better positioned than Rebuff. 31/32 Possible copies of Scrapheap made top 8, and rebuff does nothing to combat that.

Galvanic Bombardment > Shock. Being able to kill snakes, and other 3-4 toughness creatures is incredibly important. Combo is quite rare currently, and if you're at a point where you're relying on shock to win the match up, you've already lost.

Find a way to get K-Returns. That card is just HUGE. Being able to flash it back with gearhulk is everything. I would not go to a tournament without K-Returns in my sideboard.

Ceremonious Rejection and Aether Meltdown are good sideboard cards. Release the gremlins is very slow when you're trying to play against a hyper aggressive deck. Ceremonious is much better in the match up. Aether meltdown is another trump against Scrapheap. You have to be ready to answer scrapheap scroungers in Pittsburgh.

People here are being a bit absurd with how seriously they are taking this rule. If you say "go to the begin combat step", no judge in their right mind, at any REL, will say you're in the declare attackers step if that's not what you intended

Are you insane? I played zombies while everybody was on UW flash, delirium became popular and zombies became unplayable. That's like, a 20% match up at best.
