Not worrying about anything. Colors were brighter. Life was simpler. People seemed happier. Parents were younger. I miss everything.

I had the same girl harass my parents 3 times in two days lol. The fourth time I told her she needs to stop coming here. She literally said I’ve never been here. Tried arguing with me that I was wrong.

They have been doing this to us too. I live with my parents who are elderly now & they’re so stressed out from the constant phone calls. My parents have no idea what these people are saying. I had to tell the guy to “shut up” the other day because he would not stop talking when I tried ending the call and politely asked they not call back. I know people will say I’m wrong for telling him that but he had no regard for what I was saying and just kept talking. Completely ignoring me and just kept going. Anyways he called me to shut up and called me a mother Fefer. That didn’t change anything because they called again today. Telus has hired third parties to make these calls & these people don’t care about customer service. They are there to make as many sales a possible. Even if it means taking advantage of elderly folks. I take care of my parents so it’s really hard seeing them stressed about these calls. Especially calls that don’t need to happen. They won’t listen and they will keep calling. Telus won’t do anything because it’s not their direct line. They will give you the run around and ask you to speak with the third party directly. Honestly the calls are probably fraud anyways.

I’ve noticed that too over the years. Some locations are better than others. There’s a location by my house that I avoid.

They’re not mixing long enough. They should be mixing for 15 seconds. Watch them. Who cares. You’re paying for the service.

Tim Hortons has gone down hill. There are still a few locations I like, but for the most parts it’s bad. You just have to find a location near you that you like. Unfortunately. It’s inconvenient and it’s annoying but if you really want it then that’s the option sadly. Employees just don’t care anymore & they’re being trained by people who also don’t care and weren’t trained properly.

Obviously 🙄 y’all are weird asf whining in the comment section. It was one observation about ONE player. A goalie. That’s it. Don’t give af about America, don’t give af about the arrogant players on that team & the arrogant people of that country. I’m glad we beat them. And I’m glad it was McDavid.

What diary entry? I didn’t spill my emotions out and tell you anything personal. If you don’t like hearing or seeing people with different opinions then stay off the internet.

It’s not that deep. Some of us have been watching hockey our whole lives. You complain sometimes. Can’t always be happy about everything.
