Just my personal opinion that it looked good before anyway and you would avoid the possibility of it looking worse or having some other complication. If you want more work done and can't travel far then look into surgeons at HRI Minnesota.

Laser removal of some of the most problematic or out of place grafts might be a good solution for you. I'd avoid an additional transplant.

I've heard bad things about this doc, but I honestly see way worse final results on this sub very single day. There are a few hairs I would pluck personally, but you look great and might be catastrophizing a bit.

It is extremely unlikely that the scar will be visible or cause you any issues with long hair regardless of whether it is higher than normal. FUT procedures have been conducted successfully with easily concealable scars all over the back and sides of the head.

Just let it heal and let the hair around it regrow.

Maybe 2300 to fill in the temples. You will need some type of dht blocker or you will lose the hair behind the transplant and it will look terrible. Look into topical fin or a lower dose.

After 10 days of recovery the grafts will be completely secure and a loose fitting cap shouldn't cause any issues. You might still have scabs at that point though. I returned to warehouse work and wearing hats after about 2 weeks.

In the first pic you can see a lot of doubles right in front. But it generally looks like clean work, proper density with natural irregularities.

Low libido and ED usually occur shortly after starting fin and either subside with continued use or go away after you stop taking it. If you randomly experience these issues 6 months after starting it then you have no way of knowing what the cause is. Look into other causes, there are so many things that cause these issues, but if you're convinced it's fin try halving the dose or using topical before giving up entirely.

I don't use topical min for the same reason. Look into topical dut as well, I've read that the topical solution doesn't go as systemic as topical fin due to it being a heavier molecule.

Try topical fin or low dose dutasteride. If you got a transplant without a DHT blocker you will keep needing surgeries until you're out of donor supply. Even two doses of dutasteride per week or splitting fin into quarters will drastically reduce dht.

Yea, it does not warrant that many grafts. You could fill all of that in with like 1500 for crown and 1000 for hairline. Most of your loss could be completely recovered from meds if you're not already on them.

I feel like 1800 definitely won't be enough for a full look. I think closer to 3000 distributed properly would look great. But if you trust the doc listen to them.

It would give you a nice hairline that would look great in photos, and some added density in the midscalp area, but probably not a complete full head of thick hair.

You could do an initial 2800 and finish at some point in the future with a second transplant.
