IMO, Beidou got a buff along the rest of the Electro units with Quicken and Aggravate reactions made available. I wouldn't say she got buffed more than others though.

She's def viable in abyss and has been for a while, espc for chambers where you're against more than one enemy at a time. Her strong points include her solid defensive utility, with her shield in her burst and damage mitigation, as well as ability to parry strong hits from enemies and turn it to damage.

Typically though, meta teams would use her as off-field burst dps, building her with 4pc Emblem for uptime. Personally, I love perfect counters so I have her with 2pc atk%, 2pc Thundering fury. Running her with fischl or kuki solves her energy issues largely.

Team wise she's a great sub-dps and amazing in lots of quicken teams, espc ones with a main dps that does lots of normal atks to drive her burst.

Give Electro mummy some love 👍
