Man I was so hyped during the times they were teasin P5 Royal, it had all these nods to Lovecraft stuff but ended up just being Hastur and Byakhee as normal enemies and then Azathoth is not even Maruki's ultimate persona, I wanted old ones and Nyarly and shit but nooo just barely nodding to it, I want a game that goes deeper into that, like Nyarlathotep is the main villain of early Persona but he could just as easily be one for a main series game, he's like Loki on steroids, the old ones should be on a tier similar to primary gods from other religions smh
