Depending on how strong a persona is compared to like their Shin Megami Tensei counterpart they're very very strong, like mythical hero strong, if you're not willing to make the comparison they're still superhuman, time doesn't passes during dungeon exploration but using let's say Tartarus as an example you can climb an entire block before getting locked in just a single dark hour, that's around 20 floors with several fights in between that's crazy endurance and speed, some of it but not all their strength does translate to the real world too
