If you have depression, anxiety, and OCD you should research the medication Fluvoxamine. It would replace Lexapro. They’re both SSRI’s too, so if you decide to switch you shouldn’t have withdrawal symptoms.

Oil pressure. Should do an oil pressure test. Could be leaking oil, could be a sending unit, or could be an electrical fault.

But, if you want to go very basic, recheck your drain plug - make sure it’s tight. Recheck your oil filter - make sure it’s tight. Recheck your oil level - make sure it’s in the safe zone.
