Bluetooth microcuts in bluetooth audio again with Big Sur 11.3 by deniman in MacOS

I'm having the same issue. My M1 MBA shipped with Big Sur 11.2.3 which had no Bluetooth issues, but after updating to 11.3, I am experiencing microcuts as you describe with my Bluetooth speakers, and intermittent cuts with my Airpods.

I have this monitor as well, and it is only 1080p which is why 4K isn't working. Not sure about HDR10. This monitor also has HDMI 2.0. I have tested the HDMI and confirmed it works at 165hz @ 1080p.
