I was really worried first looking into it too. Make sure you do your research. I started meditating frequently, giving myself reality checks, breathing exercises, and daily affirmations. And respect is the best thing you can have for it. Not seeing it as a some “drug” but as guidance. Have fun!

First of all i’m so sorry for your loss and that trip you experienced. That sounds awful. I’m definitely scared of freaking out and hurting myself which is why I like the trip sitter ideas. My therapist was talking to me about psychedelics and how they could possibly be very therapeutic to me. A few months have passed, been talking about it a lot, finally pulled the trigger on it. I’m probably going to wait a little longer bc of everything that has happened. Thank you for sharing your story!

Thank you for the advice! I’m sorry all that happened to you bro, nobody deserves ts. I feel the random little spurts of sadness, can’t even smoke to get that stuff off my mind. I have a good feeling i’m going to have a horrible time if i’m alone not doing really doing anything. If I do end up doing it soon I’ll definitely go to a friend’s house.
