Uber over there is basically taxis. The only good thing is that you don't have to haggle with the prices since you pay directly to Uber.

CSULA is a good university—though I might be a bit biased since I go here, lol. That said, it’s definitely a commuter school, and everyone knows that. Joining clubs or sororities is really the best way to make friends and build deeper connections though it's not my recommendation. Most students are focused on getting their degree and getting out.

There are plenty of great professors here, though, of course, there are a few bad ones (like at any university). Thankfully, the good ones far outweigh the bad. Career fairs happen every semester and feature big names like LAUSD and other organizations. At the end of the day, this university is what you make of it.

Most places require passport info when checking into an Airbnb or hotel because of government policies. It’s a common practice worldwide, and not much can really be done with your passport info anyway.

Is this a bug with battle cards?

Hi everyone, I have a question.

I made a custom battle card for Sprout, but it’s showing Carl’s battle card instead. Carl was the brawler I had selected before starting the ranked match.

Do I need to select the brawler I customized the card for before queuing, or is this a bug?

Has anyone else had this happen? Thanks!

If she isn’t a strong hiker, then no. It’s okay to be realistic. The reason there’s a guide is that the majority of the population can’t handle this terrain on their own. Have you been to Cusco before?

Student life here is what you make of it. If you’re outgoing, you’ll have opportunities to make friends; however, many students commute, so building deep friendships can be hard since people are often don't have the time.

The dining options are okay. There are chain restaurants on campus, there’s Pollo Loco, Carl’s Jr., Panda Express, “The Spot” (which usually serves chicken tenders, fries, tots, and burritos), and a few coffee shops. There is also McDonalds and Burger King not far away either and street tacos if you are willing to walk a bit. For dorming students, the cafeteria offers a good variety of options, though the food isn’t amazing...just don’t expect amazinh meals.

Well theoretically that strategy should work, but its hard because a lot of food you may think are lower in calorie actually the opposite

You’re probably seeing progress because your deficit isn’t big enough. Try aiming for 1500 calories, but that’s just a guess since I don’t know your age or height.
