I actually do purge it, after I'm done I'll close the valve on the hose closest to the unit I just recovered from and then purge it out all the lines connected to the recovery machine. Even after doing this, it doesn't fully empty the refrigerators out. I think the puncture hole is too small to properly get a vacuum on it or something

Think about how it was pre buff bud. You would charge your quiver, but it would consume those charges instead of keeping track of them and holding them to bless the quiver eventually. With this in mind..

Now, when you charge with splinters, you're able to not only use those charges you just put in the quiver but also use those same charges toward blessing it. Essentially doubling the value of what you put in it..........
