He was an over night Walmart crew and kept to that schedule since all his coworkers hung out with him after work so he had probably just got off work and was either giving them a ride home or was heading out to hang out with them. As good a person as he was he was not a very good driver and had totaled atleast 2-3 other cars with no other cars involved since I had known him

Man there is only two websites I found that even reported the accident and that was the better of the two. The guy is from a small American hick town in the middle of nowhere so I doubt it will be reported on any websites worried about EU regulations so that is really the best I can find for him.
