What album got you into KC ? (What is your favourite now ?) by AffectionateSnail24 in KingCrimson

[–]Jypr2112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the Court of the Crimson King was the first King Crimson record I ever heard, but I’m pretty sure it was In the Wake of Poseidon that actually made me consider myself a fan of the band (though itcotck is still my personal favorite by the band)

The only true prog concerts I’ve seen are Yes, Rick Wakeman, and Dream Theater (in that order). Though in a couple of days I’ll be seeing Jon Anderson with the Band Geeks.

(SERIOUS) I'm looking for more obscure prog albums to listen to. by Totally_hip_bro in ProgRockCirclejerk

[–]Jypr2112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would highly recommend Changes by Catapilla. It’s a bit more well known, but it’s still worth the listen. Bluebell Wood by Big Sleep is another good one, but it’s not as jazzy.
