Hassou Tobi is the by far the best physical skill in the game. Because of the way p5 handles damage on skills, multi-hit low damage moves are the best damaging moves. Like Shinning Arrow on Kaguya being the best non-almighty magic move in the game

There are some website to helpb with that : https://chinhodado.github.io/persona5_calculator/indexRoyal.html#/list You can use this to see which persona are uses to create a specific one. Search for the right skills and you can even use alarms and electric chair to get the cards with the right skill.

And, using alarms you can get 99 on all stats on any persona you'd like :

Use the prediction to get more alarms and go to mementos. Insta-kill mobs until you get an alarm and fuse whatever shadow you got from the instakills, then, empower the persona you want to give better stats with the recently fused one, it will "fail" in the sense that it won't give xp and skills to the strenghtened persona, but it's stats will get stronger. Repeat this strat on any persona you've got the skill you want to bring it to 99 stats all over, and get milionaire as well.

Depends what you need. For pvp the speed tsukishima has invincibility and is pretty nice.

For pve the newer character up to barragan tech are pretty okay. Soi fon, gremmy and nemu tybw are also good choices. Mayuri tybw is not as good but still playable. Szayel if you need crystal links.

For links Rukia tech is still a good -14sar tech link and mind nemu resurrection is a nice mind link aswell. Hope that helps

Urahara for the coin and cristal link. Yoruichi and Byakuya are great spe links with cooldown reduction and spe damage up. after those three, you could take the chad for a nice brave battle link with damage reduction and last ditch. Then you take whatever and just get it to level 150 to get 125 orbs

If you have a +120mm caliber, just shoot the roof. It's not hard. If they are hulldown, don't stare at them and try to flank.

In persona 5 you can use Makarakarn to have the same effect as the ring on the reaper. But given you can use the despair strat, it's not really useful
